Paris, October 2005. Johanna, Amandine and Vivian, three friends in their twenties, work in the restaurant business. They want to be chefs or critics, to make a living from their passion for gastronomy. But they’re suffocating in this hushed environment, where patriarchal violence and the elitist spirit of the race for stars reign supreme. They dream of a new democratic gastronomy, more accessible and free from academicism. Together, they lay the foundations for a revolution in the kitchen.
