Emile, 12 years old, lives in a provincial town in the 1960s, alongside his mother and father. The latter is a hero for the boy. He has been in turn a singer, a footballer, a judo teacher, a parachutist, a spy, a pastor of an American Pentecostal church and a personal adviser to General de Gaulle. And this father will entrust him with dangerous missions to save Algeria, like killing the general.
